    Document file editing


    I notice whenever I use the Documents folder to type in lines of text arranged in columns, I can not edit the a line of text and move it up or down on the page as i would like to.Example, each line might be an author's name and it would be useful to arrange these authors in alphabetical order. At the moment, this seems to be impossible. Can anyone suggest a method of overcoming this problem?,. Thankyou.

    The best way to sort a list would be to use a table.

Can I convert a file that I have downloaded fom the internet to mp4 format so that I may view it on TV. I already have the computer and TV set up to view mp4 on the TV.
Guyz i have some pdf document,and i want to delete some pages from it and want to make fonts of text smaller. it has 190 pages and i want to make text smaller so it could fit around 100 pages. pls tell me how should i do this ? :shock:
Often get this message when I try to open a document. I tried the suggestions that Microsoft put up but the applications are not familiar to me and one even warned of damage to the system. So can someone please tell me what this all about as it a private document and I want to retrieve the info...
