    "I have no idea what device manager is" - your words.

    "Type Device Manager in the Start Search box" - Greg's words.

    "As if I haven't already tried that" - your words.

    I'm confused. You say you've no idea what device manager is, but when Greg points the way to where it is you say you've already tried it.

    So you do know what device manager is then. :)
