Temporary Internet Files Permissions
I run a company network, and I need to be able to access the Temporary Internet Files of domain computers. I have created a local account with full administrator privilages and ensured that that account has every single permission possible for the Temporary Internet Files folder of domain users, but I can STILL only see the files for the admin profile. No matter what I do including moving the entire directory from place to place (which, by the way, shows the filenames of the 30k or so files being moved), both windows explorer and the command prompt show the folder to be empty.
