How can I hide those bars?

Hello, everyone! I'm running W7 Home Premium x64, but find that Scroll Bars are a bit annoying nowadays since there's millions of way to scroll so I'd like to hide them. Is there a way to do so or is it almost impossible? I've Googled it, but no luck so far =( Thanks in advance

3 bars - 5 bars always changing?
One second I have 3 bars, than 5, then 4, then 3 and my MPS changes so much too, any ideas why? Wile typing this I saw my bars go from 3 to 4 to 5 to 4 back to 5.

Is it possible? I find them to be fairly useless. Ideally, the title bars would only appear when holding the WIN key, but I doubt that's possible. Is there some trick I can use to rid myself of titlebars across all windows? I've seen Firefox popups without them, so it has to be possible on some...
