Another sysprep problem

fatal errorfor a few days i get the following error when i try to sysprep. fatal errorthen i look into the txt file and found that WMP is the source of problem.How to fix this?

Please give this thread a read:
SYSPREP fails

Should that fail to help, consider running the System File Checker (SFC) using the Windows OS disc.
