    Logging into Windows automatically


    Hi All

    I would like to know if there is a way, when you start up your PC, so that windows would log you in automatically without you having to click on your user account everytime. There surely must be some registry fix/tweak for that? Security is not an issue for me, don't use a password anyways.

    You should definitely consider using a password. There have been plenty of malware in the wild that look for open accounts and assign random passwords.

For a week or so now my laptop has been mysteriously not logging me in automatically. There's no password on my account and guest is turned off, but whenever I turn my computer on it still has me click on my account name/picture to log in (even though it's the only one and it has no password). ...
