Open Disk Management and set both to have no drive letter, then you won't see them in Explorer.

Did you Clean Reinstall causing Win7 to give those partitions letters?

If so test that they will run from boot. If not you can delete and recover their space.

Hopefully you made your HP Recovery disks:

HP Recover Windows 7 Operating System Using HP Recovery - HP Customer Care (United States - English)
Creating a Recovery Disk on a USB Flash Disk - HP technical support (Finland - English)
HP Recov DIsks - make another set

Then will that thing affect BIOS...as the thing was I deleted all my partitions and installed windows from a my old disk (i am also having HP recvy discs but i used my old disk ), then yesterday to go in to bios I installed that HP UEFA kinda update and it created these partitions only after that i was able to go into my BIOS.

So what if after changing the drive letters my system bios goes frenzy.?

    Thanking you

Please explain fully and if possible find a link to the BIOS update you did which you say gave your Recovery and Tools partitions letters.
