Can't fix corrupt files

Something horrific just happened. When I did sfc /scannow, the message box says "Windows Resource protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them. Details are included in C:\Logs\CBS\CBS.log." See the attached screen shot. I checked the above and it's a hugely long list that I couldn't even remotely understand. This is very distressing. Any help you all can give me will be greatly appreciated. ec

Can you post the cbs log? Also, try running sfc /scannow in the Safe Mode with Command Prompt option.

Can't fix corrupt files

Thanks very much for your help. I ran a command prompt as you said to show only the CBS stuff to be fixed (attached). The actual Logs/CBS directory is 213 pages long! I don't know how to run sfc /scannow in Safe Mode. I greatly appreciate your reply. ec
