forcing all folders/program icons to Medium size

Just did a clean install. I like all my folders size set to Medium.
I opened C:, made the folders medium icons, folder & search options, view, folder views, "apply to all".

There are still some folders (music, movies, etc.) that I have to change the size.

    Hello Havoc,

The tutorial below can help show you how to set the folder view to be medium icons in all folder windows. You had part of it right, but you just needed to set all folders to have the same folder template first. :)

Folder View - Set a Default for All Folders

    Hope this helps,

    Thanks Brink. :)

I downloaded the "documents" .reg file. Clicked run, run, OK. Then back to C and made sure the icons were medium and clicked "apply to folders".

When I click on Computer and click on "Libraries" on the left. The icons are different. From what I read you can't change library folders. Do I just change these manually?

That would be correct. You would need to manually change the libraries to view as medium icons. Luckily, a change in say your Documents library will be applied to all items in it automatically instead of having to do set it in each subfolder in the library. :)
