I need the information in Both 'desktop.ini' files

Accidentally deleted mine, and some of my programs are acting weird. If someone could copy and paste the information in both. I'd appreciate it(:

Hi George11 and Welcome to Seven Forums.

Not sure whether this would work but you could create a new user and look at the files on that users desktop.

Check in your Recycle Bin and see if it is there.
If it is, you should be able to restore it.

Do you have a File and Folder backup including your Desktop?

Sounds like a great idea. Appreciate it!

Edit: They're are not in my bin. Programs on my desktop glitch sometimes it seems, and I have no backup. I'll create a new user. Thanks for the help.

    Here's what's usually in them:

What Are These desktop.ini Files I Keep Seeing? - How-To Geek

Deleting those files should not cause any problems with your desktop. I deleted mine a long time ago and it caused no issues. They are only used for customization of the folders they're in, so if they're on your desktop (and you haven't modified them) they're not doing anything for you.
