My system pass POST flashes the Windows scroll across the bottom and then stops loading. Waits exactly +/- 8 Min, then finishes loading. Tried everything. Strangest thing I have seen. Any Ideas?

It would help to know how long you've been experiencing this problem, what you were doing just prior to the problem first appearing, and what you've already tried to remedy it. Without this info it's pretty much a guessing game. Having said that, here's some of the more common suggestions:
- Run a full scan with your installed antivirus suite to rule out malware issues. Then try a couple of free on-demand scanners just to double check your resident AV didn't miss something. A few of the recommended scanners are Malwarebytes, Windows Offline Defender, Superantispyware, ESET Offline Scanner, Hitman Pro, Norton Power Eraser, Trend Micro HouseCall.
