My user has disappeared on the start page

my user, the thing you log onto, has suddenly disappeared and but one user is still there. this user is an administrator. Under the admin's user i went onto the control panel and found all of the users that had disappeared right there. The only problem is I can't get them back on the start screen. This happened after a program was installed. Has anyone had this problem and can they help me?

Do a System Restore to before you installed the program, see if that fixes the problem.

Click on Start, type system restore and press Enter to get there.

First, what program did you install that made the user disappear? Second, this might be a malware situation, so please run a scan with Malwarebytes Antimalware: Malwarebytes Anti-Malware - CNET Download.com
