I'm no expert on the subject, but I would think there are laws/restrictions against doing that very thing. Sounds like a copyright infringement, at the very least.

Watermarking is a security feature and is used to prevent the type of activity you are attempting. If you have a legitimate right to edit the video, contact the appropriate person and plead your case.

Is there any way to remove the watermark on the login screen?
In the Windows 7 logon screen there is a small watermark at the bottom that simply says 'Windows 7 Ultimate' with the windows logo on the left of it. I was wandering if there was any way to remove it. A registry key perhaps? Any help would be greatly appreciated :D.

*Add* watermark?
I've purchased the retail version of Windows 7 Professional. I previously had Windows 7 Ultimate RC, which had the "Evaluation Copy" watermark in the bottom right corner. Is there any way to add a watermark of that sort in the full version without modifying the desktop background?

My Watermark has gone!
I have a technet subscription download. I don't think that is the issue, however. The last two days I have noticed the watermark has vanished! I have not applied any patches or messed with the time. etc. As far as I can see, there are no updates that would account for it. Anyone else?
