How to reset Administrator user name and password

I inherited a computer from my mother, but nobody knows the password. I would like to change the Administrative user name and password to download photos from my computer. Pavilion p6677 c-b PC bundle, Geniuin Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit system memory 6 GB DDR3, 1 Terabyte harrd drive AMD Athlon II 635 Quad-Core Processor HP 2310m 23 inch Diagonal Full HD ICD Monitor, SuperMulti DVD burner with LightScribe Technology, ATI Radeon HD 4200 integrated graphics. Please help me if you can, it would be greatly appreciated! Elda

Offline Windows Password & Registry Editor and that should allow you to do what you want. Keep in mind that you will not be able to read any encrypted data that you have.
