    No Display

    Hey

So I need a little bit of help with my PC. My computer has suddenly started to turn off and restart on it's own and there is no display when this happens. The light on the monitor blinks but it still shows no display even though the CPU is working fine.

The BIOS settings part and my dual boot screen come where I have to choose Windows 7/Xp but after that the screen just goes off even though the PC is running. You can hear the Windows 7 start up tune but there is no display even though the light is flashing on the monitor's button. I need to restart my PC around 3-5 times for it to work again when this happens. What could be the problem?

Any help would be wonderful. Thanks! :)

Check the video cable coming from the monitor to the computer. Remove and insert firmly again in the VGA port on the computer and tighten both the screws on the VGA plug.
