| | Why some files/folders have Padlock and some don't? How come some folders/files have Padlock whereas the majority don't? I created some GHOST images of my OS drives of both PC (both running Pro X64 RTM). Those GHOST images were created OUTSIDE of Windows, using GHOST 2003 USB DOS version. |

| | Thanks AllMac  I tried 1)TakeOwnership.reg 2)Share with Everyone 3)Run as Admin...all NOT working, but I finally managed to get rid of all the Padlocks by copying the folders/files to another partition, delete the source folders/files and copying back the exact same folders/files and all the Padlocks are gone. I guess maybe those GHOST images were created outside of Windows using GHOST 2003 USB DOS mode and Windows 7 couldn't determine who is the owner/creator, lol.
