Dell inspiron 1564 how do i fix right click

HI, I have dell inspiron 1564 laptop which right click does not work at all. I tried many ways, restore to default, safe mode and so on but still could not fix it. Any help will be highly appericated.

Welcome to Seven Forums Adnanmeer. The 1st step I would take would be to run the System File Checker

SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

Have you recently had any malware or virus issues? A good idea would be to run some scans just in case. The Free Malwarebytes is quite good if you don't already have it.

I don't know about you, but the first thing I'd do is try to rule out a faulty button. Adnanmeer never did specify if this was done.

If you connect a mouse, does right-click work on that mouse?
