Windows 7: how can i change the file system of a hard drive.

Windows 7 Ultimate 32bit.
 
 
how can i change the file system of a hard drive.

I have a external usb of 500 gb.i want to change the file system of it to NTFS default



is FAT32.i have format it multiple times with NTFS but its still FAT32.please help me

out.Thanks in advance
