Gadgets Move During RDP

Ok so I was hoping someone could help me with the following problem. I have dual monitors and i have my gadgets on the far right of my second monitor and when i use RDP my gadgets get moved to the far right of the monitor im using RDP on. So when i log back into my computer at home all my gadgets are on the wrong monitor does anyone know of a fix for this. Thanks

I think the setting (on the remote) is something like

Do (Do Not) resize Host desktop

or

Do not change host resolution

Sorry, don't have it up and running, but I know there is a setting.

Which might explain why the icons move right and not left.

Right - lower res
Left - higher res
