Boot into BIOS setup to make sure the drive you want to boot is set first in BIOS boot order.

If you're trying to boot a disk it should then prompt to "Press any key to boot disk" or the disk is not good.

If you're trying to boot HD and it fails then boot into System Recovery Options via tapping F8 key or if not there using Windows 7 DVD or System Repair Disk to run Startup Repair - Run up to 3 Separate Times.

If this fails start a new thread for help and begin working through these steps for Troubleshooting Windows 7 Failure to Start
