'open with' option missing when you right click

Hello,
Can anyone help me with the above? When I right click on a picture or video file, the 'open with' option is missing from the pop up window. Does anyone know how to restore this option?
Thanks

this might help you Open With Context Menu Item - Add or Remove

Just download the REG file and execute.

Open With option is not expanding

From the last few days Open With menu is not expanding for all files. I'm attaching Screen Shots for much clarity. All other options are working fine. I tried to solve it by removing and restoring using Reg Files in this link Open With Context Menu Item - Add or Remove but there is no change. Can any one help me.
