Windows 7 - Windows Installer - can't install ANY msi package

| | Well, I did the restore and things started working again... but then as soon as I installed something else, now I've got the same problem over again. At least I have my "essential" programs already installed. |

| | Finally we have a solution and its working. I was on that forum few hours ago but the solution was recently posted. Though looking at it you think how does it relate to problem we were having. But it works. Cheers guys. |

| | yeah the renaming fix works, just tested by installing live mesh and it worked perfectly. |
