How do I get it working again!

Hey guys,

I posted a long post about my issues with my netbook but no one has replied!

Is there a way that I can reinstall windows 7 onto my computer to hopefully make it work again? I didnt receive a disc or anything like that so im a bit confused on what to do! since the explorer.exe app error is still there, I guess its my one way to get it back!

Any help would be great!

Thanks.
