Windows Explorer asking for BDRom on startup

Every time I start windows on the task bar there is a windows explorer tab, when I click it open it's a windows explorer window asking me to insert a disk in drive D: (my bluray player/DVD writer) I click cancel and the window disappears. If I start my computer with a bluray disk in the drive, it hangs on a black screen after the logon screen. Any ideas?
