Gateway Laptop NV75S23u fails to wake up from sleep mode
I'm new to the forum. I just bought a refurbished laptop on eBay with the following link Gateway NV75S25U Notebook PC Quad Core A6-3420M 4GB 320GB 17.3 LED WebCam | eBay (if you're interested in the specifications). Now, the issue is whenever I put my laptop into sleep mode, whether it is closing the lid or pressing the sleep button next to the shut down button via windows button, my laptop will not wake up. So I would have to hold down the power button about 3 seconds to force shut down my laptop, so I can start it up again. I've been looking around different forums about this type of issue, but I haven't gotten any solution yet (Maybe list these solutions in this thread if they come up, so I can rule them out). If I have omitted any pressing details, let me know!
EDIT: I will also contact the Gateway support line, but at the moment I just got the laptop about 12 hours ago. I just stumbled across this sleep mode problem, so I haven't gotten the opportunity to call them. I will update that information on this thread as well.
