Many CLASS files

Hey guys. In my documents I have many CLASS files. All were create at the same exact time. 9:08 PM June 24, 2008. Is it safe to delete them? On that date I had a different computer so I'm guessing I don't nee them I just want to make sure.

Also what is a SFVIDCAP file? It was created 4:05 PM March 10, 2010. I had my current computer then.

Thanks for any help. Much appreciated.

An SFVIDCAP file is a Sonic Foundry Video Capture Project file. Learn how to open an SFVIDCAP file or convert an SFVIDCAP file to another file format.

Thanks. Its name is Default.sfvidcap
I'll do what you said and see if I need it. I don't think I do though.

What about the CLASS files?

Class files usually have to do with Java. Are you the only one using this computer, and do you know if there was a program installed on that day?

I'm the only one. I don't remember if anything was installed. Before I knew more about computers I'd ask my dad to setup a program but anything that looked sketchy wasn't downloaded.
