Trying to save a DVD of my daughter bungee jumping, with audio....

Hi all. I just came from the Fair and purchased a DVD of my daughter bungee jumping for the first time. I want to share it with friends on Youtube but all my efforts have only allowed me to save the video without the audio. (I have even tried to elicit the help of my teenage sons who are pretty smart about these things, with no success, but they can interpret any directions any of you can provide).
When I look at the files on the DVD, it shows: VOB files, IFO files and BUP files....all Greek to me.
I guess my question is, can I convert the DVD I purchased of my daughter to a format that I can save on my computer and share?
Thank you all for your help...BTW, the video is hilarious.

You can convert your VOB files with this.. Give it a try...

    Download Freemake Video Converter 3.0.2.12 - FileHippo.com
