Drag & Drop Drags But Doesn't Drop
I've suddenly encountered strange behavior when I try to drag and drop files on my hard drive. I can drag the file from one folder to another, but the original copy remains in the original folder. If I delete the original file, it also deletes the new copy as well. If I delete the copy, it deletes the original too. The files are obviously somehow linked together.
What is going on?
