Windows 7: Cannot delete a file..

this one file i'm trying to delete is basically an empty 420 mb torrent file that i skipped in the torrent que..



anyhow, when i try deleting the file, i press the delete button an nothing happens.. also my explorer.exe starts using up 50% of my resources on the taskbar and stays like that till i shut down..

when i try deleting it from the command, it says it can't find the file:



also i've turned off explorer and tried in safe mode

Uninstall your torrent software and try again.

ah, figured it out, i had to type in the file name in quotations because windows will only read upto the first space
