Windows 7: error code 643

I having a popular problem 643 and I have tryied several sugestions but the problem still exist. I need some help, please.

The first of many updates that fail was on 6-10-2012 Framework4 KB2656351 plus 8 or 9 more with different numbers.

I got this information by clicking on display updates, I do not know if that is the right way to get the code name for the updates or if there is other way. If there is other way to get this information please let me know, I am a work in progress.

It is a generic error code.

Typically, this means that an update was not installed. It is caused by a corruption in the .NET Framework installation or by an inconsistency on the MSI database state.

Please mention which update is exactly causing this error.

And if it is a Silverlight update causing this, uninstalling Silverlight can be frustrating.

Try this: Backup your Registry, Search (Edit/Find) for silverlight.msi and you will find this key HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Installer\Products\D7314F9862C648A4DB8BE2A5B47BE100

Delete this key , and also delete all silverlight folders in programData and program files, restart. Download Silverlight Microsoft Silverlight and reinstall.
