If you don't have a CD drive then you you can create a bootable USB flash drive.
Make the USB bootable:
Open an elevated command prompt
>list disk
>select disk n
where n is the USB disk number ---Take care
>clean
>create partition primary
>active
>format fs=ntfs quick
>exit
your USB is now bootable
Download a system repair disc ISO extract all the files with 7-zip and copy to the USB.
You need to select the USB as the bootable device in the BIOS. Then follow the tutorial.
