it won't...Enterprise uses a KMS activation system and is ONLY intended for Big Companies/Businesses...

If you got the enterprise key from technet than I would imagine you would download Windows 7 Enterprise while your there...

...but anyhow it ill only work on Windows 7 Enterprise RTM (FINAL version of Windows 7)

If you have an Ultimate Key than you need to download Windows 7 Ultimate...not Enterprise and use that key with Ultimate
