| | Black Screen, White Cursor after Welcome, Desktop loads ~20s later Hi, I just built my first PC and everything seems OK (I've been reluctant to do much other than updates for windows and drivers + AV) apart from during boot up. After I login and the Welcome loading screen appears (it's on that for about 20-30s) the screen goes black with a white cursor (that I'm able to move). About 20-30s later the desktop appears and loads in 3-5s. This happens on all administrator users but not on standard users. Is this normal or serious? Any advice would be greatly appreciated  I have tried a clean boot a few times (using msconfig) and the black screen/white cursor still occurs. In Safe Mode it doesn't. Thanks!
