Hello noah and welcome to Seven Forums.

Don't know if this will help or not but I think I'd uninstall YouCam 5, at least temporarily. Then I'd change the log on picture using this:

    User Account Picture - Change

If the picture needs to be resized, you can do that in Paint (link on right side):

    Using Paint

Once everything is saved and working correctly, I'd make a new restore point or even better, a system image just in case the restore point gets deleted by YouCam 5. If this doesn't fix things you might want to contact CyberLink (parent company of YouCam 5) and see if they have any suggestions. The "contact us" link is at the bottom of their web page.

Webcam software with effects, presentation tools, face login and more

    Login User Image - YouTube

Please help me out withe User Image and Registry Deletion :)

I think youcam has face recognition login feature so it changes the way login works.
windows thinks there is more than one active login at the time so login icons/pictures are small and you have to select (click on your image) to enlarge it and to login.
or it may be other function of youcam like when your face is not in front of pc.. your pc is locked, etc. so if you want to restore default behaviour uninstall youcam or look for settings to turn off youcam login features.
