Win7 Home Premium 64bit HP desktop cannot play video from Morningstar

For several weeks, M* videos refuse to play on my HP 64-bit Windows 7 desktop computer, using the Chrome Browser. Formerly all videos worked fine. Today I found ONE video that does play perfectly. To avoid infringing my Premium M* agreement, I have not included the link to my Premium feed. Suffice it to say This link, and only this one, will work.

All Other M* videos still won't play. Each attempt results in a different version of the following error message:

200, Stream not found, [object ClipError], clip:"[Clip] "http://ads.morningstar.com/RealMedia/ads/adstream_|x.ads/www.morningstar.com/video/L25/137300150/x50/Morningstar/FranklinTem_Vodep_Jne5411042/franklinTem_Video_preroll/72426f79686b2f68753055414248506b"

The message appears for about 5 seconds and the vanishes. This error message does not appear with YouTube videos. No problem playing YouTubes.

I realize that the solution to this will require M* tech input but M* does not respond to my requests for help. I have posted this request on the M* Discussion board but after 2 weeks I have received no response.

Please advise what might be causing this. How can i again see M* videos?
Thanks
