Solved Is the SP1 for Windows 7 64 bit worth installing?

Hello all and sorry for 2 fast questions [here and in another thread],I would just like to ask, if the SP1 of windows 7 is finaly bug free etc... as i remember on the release some months before, many said not to install it as it does more harm than good.Thanks for any help.

Any bugs in Win7 or SP1 were resolved long ago.

It is not Win7 if it doesn't have SP1. Like a car which has an overhaul, it becomes the engine itself.
 
Yes, by all means install the Service Pack.
