Is the SP1 for Windows 7 64 bit worth installing?

Hello all and sorry for 2 fast questions [here and in another thread],I would just like to ask, if the SP1 of windows 7 is finaly bug free etc... as i remember on the release some months before, many said not to install it as it does more harm than good.Thanks for any help.

Any bugs in Windows 7 or SP1 were resolved long ago.

It is not Windows 7 if it doesn't have SP1. Like a car which has an overhaul, it becomes the engine itself.
