Rather than stretch this out any longer I would back up your files externally and follow these steps to get a perfect Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7. Everything you need is in the link. Read it carefully and ask back any questions.

Then stick closely with the methods given to set up and maintain your system, watch your downloads to keep unwanted freeloaders and infection out, run MSE with the Windows Firewall kept updated, and run Malwarebytes free scanner Full Scan monthly.
