unable to delete unwanted folder

I have a folder on the desktop, inside is another folder with nothing in it. I wish to delete all, but when I try, I get a message that " unable to find the folder" I have tried also in safe mode but with the same result

I just went through this on my system. I ended up installing Unlocker to get rid of it and it worked great. Make sure you get the 64bit version if you are running a 64bit version of Windows 7.

There is a 32bit, 64bit and portable verrsion available at the above site.
