Shutdown or sleep have priority?

Hello:
I run a FBACKUP with the shutdown after backup option turned on. Windows is setup to sleep after 20 min.
The backpup takes a couple of hours and it starts automatically when I I go to sleep. When I check in the morning, the PC went to sleep and did not shutdown.
I checked FBACKUP with small file and the PC is shutdown after it completes the backup.

My question is if the task runs longer than 20 min (sleepmode pending), will the priority be to go to sleep when FBACKUP is finished instead of a force shut down by the backup software?

Any ideas?

thanks
