Windows 7: archicad 15

I'm having this problem when trying to install ARCHICAD 15 (it worked before - on Windows 7 too,and VISTA and XP) For some reason now, it does not work but it did before. I tried with Run As Admin, Compatibilty, etc.
I used Compatibilty Mode Trouble Shooter... and none worked. At the end I click "No, report the problem to Microsoft and check for solution online.
