Right-click on the installer and select Properties. Go to Compatibilty tab and select under Compatibility Mode: Run this program as: Windows Vista.

Try with XP too, or without anything checked at all.
One of the settings should work.

I tried that its not work at all.
I tried it in Vista and Xp SP 2
    as adminstrator and not.
It extracts everything and when its about to install it stops and says
    Windows Installed Stopped working

Well this exact error happens in every compatibility issue, that's why I pointed you to that direction. by vegas, you mean Sony Vegas? Perhaps you app is not compatible yet...

    Tip:

Try using winrar or something to manually extract the contents of the package to a folder. Then enter that folder and find the setup executable, and any other executables in that folder that the setup.exe might call. Change compatibility mode to those too, and try running the extracted setup.exe again.

Install WinRar, (check that it has all file associations checked) then right-click the install package-> Extract to folder...

    It must be there
