The screen shot what I have posted in my first post is not an actual one.

I have posted the image just for the sake of understanding my issue and it is an googled image.

I expecting a concrete solution in this form.

Okay. So both screenshots in your first post are from other sources. I thought that only applied to the second screenshot.

Can you post yours?

I see no screenshot in your second post, but I do see the one in your third. You'll get the best help if you describe your situation as accurately as you can (including letting us know from the beginning that your posted images aren't yours).

Can you get to this screen: Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\User Accounts?

You demoted yourself all the way down to Guest? No wonder the option to enter an admin account/password was unavailable.

I take it that clicking on Manage another account in your last screenshot won't get you anywhere either, right?

Do you have another account on it that you can log on to? Do others use this machine?

Can you detail the steps you took to demote the account to a guest user and the steps you took to allow autologin and starting of that application?

-Doode.. even if I try "Manage another account" also it is asking for administrative password.

-I have tried as many ways to fix this issue, but all end up in asking administrative password..

Do you have another account on it that you can log on to? Do others use this machine?

-no other account is their in my machine and expect me no other is using my laptop.

Can you detail the steps you took to demote the account to a guest user and the steps you took to allow autologin and starting of that application?

-Doode pls dont mistake me, I am so tired of once again explaining my issue from the scratch. I request you to pls refer my first post in this thread.

You demoted yourself. You are stuck. I suggest doing a repair install.

Go to the start menu and enter sexpol.msc wait for the management console to appear with the 'security policy' snapin. On the folder list in the left hand pane expand 'local policies' folder then 'security options' beneath. Scroll down almost to the bottom of the list on the right side you will see 'behaviour of the elevation prompt for administrators in admin approval mode' from 'prompt for consent' to 'prompt for credentials' this should fix your issue although there are a couple of other policies there to customise your windows experience!
