d3x9_35.dll error

I am trying to uninstall some petz game. (i think its uninstalled or something now). But when i click on it under the games catgory this error pops up

It says
The program can't start because d3x9_35.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem

I think i uninstall it before but i think it did not uninstall completely or something

Might look at updating your Direct X9 if it is installed. If not get a copy from MS and install to see if the error goes away. . .Good Luck.
