    DOS screen not wide enough

I've noticed that sometimes the screen does not appear wide enough. Today I needed to see and copy the screen, but could not. I tried to drag the screen wider but could not.

    Advice needed, please!

I'm guessing the DOS screen is a Win7 CMD (command prompt) window...

    In the CMD window:
left click on the icon in the upper left corner
    click properties
    click the "layout" tab
increase the "Screen Buffer Size" and "Window Size" width (and height if needed)
    Does that help?

and far simpler than suggestions from another usually good forum!

Actually my real task is to change partially to Google DNS on a branded TG585v7. I have a feeling it'll be a dog to do, being only achievable via telnet.
