Icons randomly messed up.

    When installing programs it keeps saying The system cannot find the file specified and i downloaded a new *.exe

    How many programs are affected there ? If a sizeable number of program are affected, butter you do a Clean Install Windows 7

    skype and office 2010 and ultramon
    it happened when i toke ownership of everything and it crashed i used the take ownership reg

    I'm messed up that i lost my install disc :C
    the good thing is that the programs still open
