This is a perfect example of useless info while requesting help. Fill in your system specs first, give the name of the file you are trying to delete, and a screenshot would be nice also...

At the very least, tell us what the filename is and where it is stored? There's no way for us to help if we have no idea what's going on.

    Sorry guys

Not only happening for specific exe files.
It is happening for all exe files.
If the exe is inside some folder.I am not able to delete the folder also.

I have also faced this problem because of the above.
Earlier I have installed a sony pc suite software in my pc.
I have got the notification to update the software.
After downloading the update the software started installation.
When the software tries to modify the existing exe and dll in the C:\program files\sony folder. It has shown message box with options like
    "Abort" , "retry" , "ignore".

I am saying it again, this is not for any specific sofware or exe files.
    It is happening for all.
I thought it would be virus problem. So I have scanned my pc completely with latest update of malware bytes software.
    No virus has be found.

My pc is running normally. the issue that I am facing is file deletion.
