help i have done something stupid

i have hidden all my admin accounts from user screen i thought i would be able to access them from doing Ctrl-alt-Del but i didn't turn it on, any way of getting my admin accounts back ?
i have tried to change it back many different ways but it says i have not got sufficient privileges as on my other user i am a standard not admin.

Hello tps, and welcome to Seven Forums.

Could you give us some more details on how you went about hiding them? :)

i did it by going on run then typing regedit then going to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\WindowsNT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon
and creating new folders inside that SpecialAccounts/userlist
inside userlist i made a DWORD (32bit) Value file and called it my account name and made the value 0 to hide it
hope you can help me :)

You could do a system restore at boot using a restore point (if available) dated before you did this to undo it.

Did you try at boot, and not from within Windows 7?

If so, then you might see if you may be able to enable the built-in Administrator account using the tutorial below. Afterwards, if successfull, you could log in to it, and undo the hiding of your other administrator accounts.

Where is it asking you for administrator permission at?

You shouldn't need it at boot using the tutorial below to enable the built-in Administrator account. When enabled, you should be able to log into that account to undo what you did.
