How to get rid of transparent title bars in windows 7

Qustion
I have Windows 7 ultimate 64 bit version. My basic problem is whenever I open any file such as a pdf document or word file the title bar of that window is found to be transparent also whenever I move that window by dragging the mouse repeatiting trails of arrows & title are seen on the screen;which is very annoying to me as I can't concentrate on my work.
I have already tried all the solutions suggested in this forum,i.e.uncheck the enable transperancy checkbox, uncheck the aero peek checkbox but that didn't work and the problem still persist.
I have also attached a zip file which depict my problem in detail to you.Can anybody help me?
I will be very thankful to you if you send me an email for this
