I've been relying on windows.old as a backup method, and it's never failed. And that's on 50+ Windows 7 installations.
And what if the reinstallation fails? We do not take shortcuts here but try to support the Best Practices which means there always is a current file backup - especially before a repair or reinstall.

In this case OP has unbootable Win7 which requires speedy file rescue in case of HD failure.
I'm not saying to take a shortcut, I still make backups, I'm just giving a suggestion if the OP needs it quickly.

Is there any other solution? Because this is the last option I think that must be used and after all it is more complex as it looks because i will have to dl softwares for my work again which will take me days and I don't have that much time to submit assignments.... So If any other solution plz share or I must have to take a riskkkk.

Hey guys,

I got a good news..
That is just totally unbelievable, I was just checking for other sites for the solution and I got the answer.

It was HDD problem , its cable was somewhat loose and I pushed it a little which solved the problem. Next time I booted and it booted normally..

Well that was unusual but thanks for your assistance. I better get a backup of the softwares and files. You people did great because you people replied in less than 10mins. Ty.. <3
