windows 7 in one Hard disc and windows XP in another? will it work?

I have two Internal Hard disc's... one is 1TB, and another one is 500GB.

i wanna know if there's any problem if i install win7 in 1TB and win XP in the 500GB hard disc, and put both in one PC. Could i be able to choose which one to start during boot after that, like in Linux?

No problems at all, but only have one plugged in at a time for installation.

During boot, select which disk you want to boot into.

    Hello Amit Windows7,

Yes, you can, and there are several ways to accomplish this, all outlined in this sevenforums tutorial:-

Dual Boot Installation with Windows 7 and XP

    Hope that helps.

I need to ask... the link you posted is good and it works (I did it before) but only when you are trying to dual boot with 1 hard drive... as I understand it, the OP wants to do it with 2 different hard drives.

I am thinking that what Golden says makes a lot more sense... install 1 OS per hard drive but Unplug the other while you are doing so.
